As mentioned above, sugar waxing is not only made from natural products, it is also a less painful way of hair removal. After the wax has been applied you pull it off with the hair growth. This is in contrast to the traditional way of waxing. This saves a lot in skin damage and pain. This is also because the sugar paste adheres to the hair and not the skin. Moreover, you don't have to worry that the resin is too hot, because sugar wax is used at a lukewarm temperature. You can easily heat certain suger resins yourself in the microwave (the aloe vera and honey sugar wax from our assortment) or in a heater. Sugar resins are also a safe alternative for people with sensitive skin, eczema or allergies to chemicals.

How is it used?

Sugar wax always needs to be warmed up first, in which way depends on which sugar resin you use. This can be done in the microwave or heater. First read carefully the leaflet or user manual to find out the best way to warm up your sugar wax. Then take a small amount of sugar paste and make a ball of it with your fingers. Lubricate the ball against the direction of hair growth and with gentle movements. If the sugar wax is pulled off (in the direction of hair growth), it's best to do this quickly while pulling the skin of the treated area tight. This will ease the pain and help prevent stickiness.
